Engineering
Design cell configurations, BMS integration, and thermal management for custom battery packs. Work directly with customers during design definition.
B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering

Set up and run the cell assembly and testing line. Define SOPs, run IQC, and manage yield improvement from the first day the facility is operational.

Own the quality management system, coordinate testing with third-party labs, and manage BIS / UL / IEC certification processes end-to-end.
Field Engineering
Commission BESS systems at C&I customer sites across India. Configure BMS, PCS, and EMS. Conduct Site Acceptance Tests and train customer operators.
Embedded Engineering
Develop and maintain firmware for BMS hardware — SOC/SOH algorithms, CAN/RS485 communication stacks, and protection logic. Tested on real hardware from day one.
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Computer Engineering

Identify and develop C&I customer relationships across India. Lead feasibility discussions, qualify opportunities, and work with the technical team to close projects.
Business Development
Develop and manage relationships with US OEMs and system integrators for custom battery pack supply. Build the pipeline for GarudaVolt's US revenue from scratch.
Engineering or business background. Located in India with willingness to travel to the US is acceptable.
